Terms of Service
General
+ Im working at my own pace, so please dont rush.
+ When you request a commission, please give your references and details of what you want me to draw. It would be better if you can provide visuals references! (it will help me work faster on your commission).
+ For Original Character, if you don't have existed visual design/draft, you will be charged extra fee (ranged from $50 ~ $200) for me to visualize your design.
+ You can choose freely of any canvas size bellow 8k Resolution (7680x4320), but please provide a specific scale or ratio you want when commission me.
+ If im not comfortable with your request, i have the right to decline it.
Payment, Cancelation & Refund
+ 50% Payment (Payment #1) at the start is required to save your slot in commission queue, and the rest of 50% (Payment #2) after you approved the colored sketch (you can still able to send me 100% (Total Payment) at the start of the request if you want).
+ Payment will be done through VGen(soon) or PayPal. (If you come from Vietnam, i recommended you to use Bank Account).
+ Cancellation details:
- Refund 50% of the (Payment #1) or 75% of the (Total Payment) if the client cancels the commission when i done the Color Sketch Phase.
- Refund only 10% of total price or (Total Payment) if the client cancels the commission when i started the Coloring/Rendering Phase.
- If I (the Artist) cancel the commission at my end, the client will be fully refunded (100% of what you have paid).
- When the commission is finished, you cannot refund!
Copyright & Usage
+ If im not comfortable with your request, i have the right to decline it.
+ I have the right to post the finished artworks with my watermark in this website's Gallery as portfolio, as well as other social media sites. Clients still own the copyright of their Original Characters and will be mentioned as the owner of those characters.
+ DO NOT use my artworks for AI training or sell them as NFT!
+ You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy or modified any of my finished art without my permission.
+ Commissions for Comercial uses will be charged at extra 100% price of the original total price.
+ I usually stream my drawing at some Artist's Discord Servers, if you dont want your commission art to be streamed before finished, you will have to pay extra fee of 20% of the original total price!
+ Clients can do anything they want with the commissioned artwork for personal enjoyment purposes as long as not violating the terms above (use as wallpaper, desktop background, print and hang it at home, etc.).
Commission Process
+ Step 1: Make sure you read and agreed to all the terms and conditions above.
+ Step 2: Contact me via one of the means in Contact, i will reply to you within 24 hours; further discussion will be needed. After confirming the details of Client's request of the commisson, i will decided to take your commission or not.
+ Step 3: Once commission is confirmed and the (Payment #1) or (Total Payment) is taken, i will start working on the line sketch and into color sketch, you have 3 free revisions (after 3 revisions, major revisions will cost $10 each) before u accept the color sketch so i can work on the color and rendering phase.
+ Step 4: After you approved the color sketch and done the (Payment #2), i start on color and rendering phase, in this phase you have 1 major revision(Major revisions: change in poses, compositions, major details) and 3 minor revisions(Minor revisions: change in facial expression, minor details, small props and objects) for free, after that each minor revision fee is $5 and major revision fee is $20.
+ Step 5: When product is finished, i will send to you via Email or Discord (full resolution artwork and extra versions for higher price commissions).
*Note: when i started on color and rendering phase, i will keep you updated with the process when a major detail/part is done (recommended) so you can keep track and its also easier for me to fix the details to your liking.
